• job data, photos, plans, notes and customer details you upload or enter;
• the quoting structure and pricing information you provide during onboarding;
• device and usage analytics;
• subscription and payment information, handled by third party processors;
• team member details added to your account;
• support messages, feedback and feature requests;
• communications between you and our team during onboarding and support.

We do not store your payment card details.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

• operate and provide the service;
• set up and configure your account and quoting structure;
• generate the AI output;
• improve features and performance;
• communicate service updates, onboarding progress and support;
• respond to feature requests;
• prevent fraud and security breaches;
• meet legal obligations.

We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve quoting functionality.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and crash reporting tools, payment processors, AI model infrastructure providers, our own team for onboarding and support, and legal authorities where the law requires it.

All partners are required to protect your data in line with applicable privacy laws. The information sent to our AI processing provider to generate a quote is not used to train their models.

4. International transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in other countries. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are applied.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it, subject to those legal requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Children

The service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child's information has been submitted, tell us so we can delete it where required.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.
