Time is money. It's a generic saying, but it's so important, especially in the age of AI and applying it to one of, if not the most, time consuming admin tasks in construction: pricing. Coming to realise AI plan reading wasn't sufficient or available, I built Insta Quote AI.

Insta Quote AI was built to deliver real AI pricing to real construction and trades businesses. My process is that your pricing should reflect your business. Every business has different back costing, ways of doing things and more, and it should do this accurately.

AI is often framed as not being able to do that, and with experience in the industry I knew that's what it needed, as most often people have the pricing system right, it just takes unnecessary time.

I was once on site thinking, couldn't quoting be done so much easier with AI? I was quick to find out that at the time, no. But since then I have been investing and building something that actually can, accurately, because a small decimal point can be a thousand dollar or even million dollar mistake.
